You can’t edit staff info by navigating to the Staff page.  You need to go to Manage > Content. A complete list of the all the content in the site will appear.  Under “Type” choose Staff and click Filter.  The list below will have only staff.  If you click the word Title at the top of that list, it will alphabetize the list (by first name) making it easier to find the staff member you want to edit.
